A great course

I just completed my first round at Nagambie golf course and have nothing but praise for the condition of the course.
I cannot believe the course is maintained by only volunteers (I discovered this after my round).
It is well mowed (even in the tree lines) and the tees and fairways are green in part (good considering the time of year).
This is by far the best golf course in the region (I have played from Broadford to Heathcote, Avenal, Seymour and others).
If I lived closer I would become a member.
The only small criticism I have is that the greens are very inconsistent in their pace and length.
