Set against the dramatic backdrop of the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons National Park, The Monmouthshire Golf Club offers a historic golfing experience dating back to 1892. Designed by the legendary James Braid, this mature 18-hole parkland course is nestled in the Usk Valley near Abergavenny. The layout benefits from fertile, free-draining glacial soil, ensuring excellent playing conditions. While the terrain is relatively flat and easy to walk, tree-lined fairways demand precision. After the round, the clubhouse terrace provides a relaxing spot to enjoy views of the Blorenge and Sugar Loaf.
