Characteristics
Founded in 1906, Longcliffe Golf Club is situated on the scenic slopes of Charnwood Forest near Loughborough. This 18-hole heathland course is defined by its mature woodland of birch, oak, and pine, interspersed with traditional gorse and heather. The front nine climbs the north-facing slopes before the layout descends into more level woodland terrain on the back nine. Golfers face a par-72 challenge with fast, deceptive greens and tight, tree-lined fairways that demand accuracy. The clubhouse offers dining and lounge facilities with views over the course.
