Characteristics
Founded in 1926 and designed by Major Cecil Hutchison, Kington Golf Club holds the title of the highest 18-hole golf course in England. Located on Bradnor Hill in Herefordshire, within National Trust property, it offers a distinctive 'inland links' experience. Uniquely, the course features no sand bunkers; instead, it relies on grassy hollows and the natural, undulating terrain to challenge golfers. Rising to 1,284 feet above sea level, the course boasts unrivalled panoramic views of the Brecon Beacons and Malvern Hills. The fast-draining heathland turf ensures excellent playability year-round, while the clubhouse provides a relaxing setting with spectacular vistas.

Lessons are available one-to-one or group, supported by video analysis (V1) and GC2 HMT launch monitor. Sessions are emailed to clients. Coaching takes place in an indoor studio, on the practice range, and short-game area, catering for all levels.
