Located just a few miles from Manchester, Houldsworth Golf Club offers an 'urban paradise' founded in 1910. Redesigned by Dave Thomas in 1993, this flat parkland course emphasizes strategy and precision over physical endurance. The layout is famous for its own 'Amen Corner,' featuring the spectacular 13th 'Island' hole—a par 5 with a green completely surrounded by water—and the challenging 14th. After the round, the clubhouse veranda provides relaxation with stunning views of the Manchester skyline.
