Nestled between Sheffield and the dramatic Peak District National Park, Hallamshire Golf Club offers a premium heathland experience. Although founded in 1897, the current layout owes its brilliance to legendary architect Harry Colt, who redesigned it in 1912. The course is defined by its strategic bunkering, heather-lined fairways, and hand-cut greens known for their speed. A highlight is the 6th hole, a spectacular par 3 played over a valley. Thanks to its elevated position, the course drains exceptionally well, ensuring excellent conditions year-round. The clubhouse offers panoramic views, perfect for post-round relaxation.
