The 18-hole course of the Golf Club Bad Überkingen is situated in Oberböhringen on the Swabian Alb and can probably be counted among the golf courses in southern Germany with the most beautiful landscape. A very scenic place.
Hilly, with very few water hazards.
Unfortunately it has very hard fairways due to the long dry period.
Sometimes tricky greens, but they put you in a good mood.
One of the most beautiful holes is definitely the 6,457m long Par5 course over a hill with a small pond in front of the green.
Very nice and tasteful clubhouse, very good Swabian gastronomy and a very nice pro shop!
Friendly members and a courteous club secretariat rounded off a wonderful day of golf.

We played this 36-player golf course on 28.8.2018. Most of us were here for the first time. The support of our group was excellent: space lock, tee times, care, shared food after the game, everything was wonderful. The course is very well manageable for first-time players, most holes are well visible, also good to commit in spite of low mountain location. Care condition for this season very good. Requirements are particularly in the big greens, very fast and all quite 'slopy', there are some 3 putts. Tenor in our group: very nice day, gladly again...
