Attracted by the multitude of sensational reviews, we played the golf course. The course is really varied, but doesn't play in the big 5 star league. The greens were really fast for the time of year. The street noise was disturbing, and for the first time on the 13, it couldn't be heard. This is where the adjacent railway line came into play. I found the unraked bunker on 11 annoying. We have visited or played this place as part of this year's camper tour as 3rd place because the overall rating (including the pitch) is very good. The journey is unproblematic and the first contact by phone was extremely friendly, which was simply confirmed on site. It seems to be a family business, you are always greeted with nice wishes and you just feel comfortable here.
The WoMo place is slightly elevated, offers electricity and water can be obtained at one point (1 € for 100 liters). I would say that there is space for around 20 WoMos here, and despite the signposted ban, there was also room for a caravan. You can eat well in the restaurant (but only sausages, pizza and tarte flambée, but everything was very tasty), and there was breakfast (tight Max or white sausage). That was a good start.

The way to the first tee is a bit further than we thought, we promptly missed our flight and were lucky that the flight behind us consisted of a single person who took us on the round. The first tee goes straight over a (recurring) ditch that likes to swallow the first ball right away. Lane 2 went uphill with quite a hanging green, which is fast enough to produce a veritable 3 putt... and so it goes, sometimes hanging fairways, sometimes more blind shots, uphill and downhill, quite varied, every hole is a little different... we caught up with our pre-flight at lane 7, at the same time our teammate said goodbye (thanks again and greetings from Waren, he'll know about it then) and from there the four of us continued playing. Lane 7 is a short par 4 with an island green, the tee on lane 8 has to be over a lock bridge... quite a long way leads from lane 12 or 13 to the next lane through the forest, before it becomes quite flat there. At hole 18, the ditch comes into play twice, which may be responsible for the last ball losses of the day. Overall, the condition was great, the greens as well, the layout varied and the rough does what it always does at this time of year, namely eat balls.
The sanitary facilities are good, but you have to bring your own towels and shower gel (no problem for campers).
The evening meal in the cozy courtyard was delicious and so were the breakfast rolls the next morning.

Everything is great. Sensationally fast greens (July 2021), great fairways, great range and other practice area... a bit many mosquitoes on 13-18 (for these "the buffet was opened" with me - laughs) and a super friendly team, awaits everyone who makes a detour there, and THAT is not to be missed.
WoMo lovers will find well-prepared parking spaces there.

We stayed with the camper last week for two nights on this very nice pitch from the even nicer golf club - and we will definitely come back often! Apart from the tastefully designed indoor area, with restaurant, terrace, etc., the very clean sanitary facilities, the delicious food, the great well-tended golf course, we were especially impressed by the friendly atmosphere and the willingness to help (not yet a nice flight allocation for us sooo experienced players) of the entire "team"!

I played the course for the first time - although I live only 50 km away - and one thing is certain: I will come back! The course has presented itself in a very good condition, the greens were fast and loyal, the fairways mowed. On a few fairways was still a lot of grass clippings but that did not really bother. The course is extensive, the paths between the tees are not always the shortest, the 18-hole round without much ball search was about 11 km long, where already the place with more than 6100 m is rather long, but I play golf to move around and There you have time to talk to your flight partner. Sounds long, but after about 4 hours we were through. There is some water in the game, the greens you can not always play aggressively, a good short game is very helpful. Part of the course is rather hilly, the last 6 holes are flat and more reminiscent of a parkland course. At the end you have to accelerate again: The 16 is an almost 570 m long par 5 and the 18 a good 550 m long par 5.
