In Uderns was built the first golf course in the Zillertal. It contains a 18 hole championship course, a spacious practice areal with roofed tee boxes and a short play area as well as a PGA golf acadamy and 3 brand-new short-play holes (PAR 3).
Right next to the golf course there is the 4****s hotel "Sportresidenz Zillertal". There you also find the gourmet restaurant "Genusswerkstatt" which will satisfy all your culinary wishes.

Annual construction site on the Leading Meadow

We have played in Uderns for the last four years, it is enough for our understanding.
The holiday resort is very forgiving, is located in a wonderful area with many other sporting opportunities and lovely places to stop for refreshments throughout the valley, as well as many different accommodations, so there is something for every budget.
Since 22 years there has been a construction site on the course every year, after the second year we thought we'd ask beforehand - "nothing is planned" was the answer, because it was already annoying us, especially with the green fee at this level.
Another construction site - a local told us that the operator also runs a construction company and that the site also serves as a construction depot.
This year, the question was answered again: the drainage had been improved. Now, again, in the middle of the square, there's a construction site with large machinery and lots of dust and noise. You even have to use the construction site path to get to the next hole, and later to cross it – where excavators and trucks drive – a no-go at this price point!
The golf management is too arrogant to inform or communicate about these restrictions.
Next to the square, another major construction project is starting, which will certainly last until 2026. We're fed up!

Please understand that with the current construction projects, we are continuously striving to further improve the quality of our golf course. All work is being carried out in close coordination and careful planning with our experienced golf course architect.
Our 16th hole is currently being redesigned from a par 3 to a par 4. This will expand our course from a par 71 to a par 72 for the coming season, which represents a significant upgrade.
We are committed to minimizing disruption and expect to complete construction work by mid-May.

Urdens is a really strong golf course with great design and very good fairway management.
The clubhouse with its own parking garage meets the highest standards.
