Amateurish but quite enjoyable to play

According to PC Caddie, the course was very sparsely populated, so we decided to play there. The five tee times ahead of us were practically empty with only three players each. After checking in, we found ourselves in the middle of a busload of Danes who weren't listed on the timetable. After six hours of play, we were glad we hadn't waited any longer at the tee boxes. Unfortunately, the pro shop staff didn't know all the partner clubs with which they have green fee agreements.

I found this wonderful golf course thanks to Golf-Plus, and I'm absolutely thrilled! The entire course is in excellent condition and impresses with its varied, well-maintained fairways and stunning surroundings. The restaurant is also a real highlight – friendly service and a cozy atmosphere ensure the perfect post-round treat. The 18-hole golf course is a predominantly flat parkland course. The entire golf course offers a visually idyllic setting, with plenty of playing appeal. Rows of trees and bushes line many of the holes, as do strips of high rough. These are precisely trimmed along the edges and, with the colorfully blooming plants currently in bloom, create a very beautiful picture.
The fairways wind with numerous doglegs past ponds and large bunkers. Large, undulating greens await at the end of the well-maintained fairways. Many fairways are also mowed with a robotic lawnmower, which creates the distinctive narrow stripes on the fairways.
Next to the clubhouse is the restaurant "Gutsküche Wensin", where you can sit comfortably inside or outside on the terrace, directly on the green of hole 9 – where you can closely follow the action.
