Varied course

Despite the differences in elevation, the course plays very fairly.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here; praise for the club office and the catering.
We arrived with our campervan and there are 3 pitches with electricity (10.00 € including electricity is absolutely fair) the others are without electricity connection.
It's worth playing here, the course is in good condition and the greens are good (not the fastest).

Today, due to a bereavement, we were in the restaurant with seven people and had a separate room.
The ambiance was very pleasant—calm, stylish, and tastefully decorated. We particularly enjoyed the table decorations, which were beautiful.
The service was extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We all enjoyed the food very much, too – a big compliment to the kitchen for that.
However, we were somewhat disappointed about two points:
No Parmesan cheese was served with our pasta dishes. Upon request, we were given a small bowl, which was immediately emptied for seven people. However, this was charged at €4.50—a price we felt was excessive for such a small amount, especially since Parmesan cheese is a common accompaniment to Italian pasta dishes.
When setting down a water bottle, a glass was accidentally slightly damaged (a small piece of the rim chipped off). We were also charged €5 for this, without any prior notice.
We paid on trust without immediately checking the invoice in detail. Only afterward, upon reviewing it, did we notice that these additional items had been charged.
In total, we paid over €300 for seven people and gave an additional €19 tip because we were really satisfied with the service and food.

My last visit here was in 2013, after this round I wonder why. Still the best greens in the greater Hannover area, perfectly maintained fairways and a very varied layout. The previously "unplayable" par 4 hole 11 has thankfully been converted into a still challenging par 3. Very friendly office and after the round a worthwhile Italian hole 19 - sorry, clubhouse restaurant. I'd love to come back - not in 11 years!
