Characteristics
On this course the fascinating view on the scenery of the Alps is a constant companion. The 18 spacious fairways run through a hilly terrain that is partly open and partly wooded. At three strategically important points arranged pools and hard roughs influence the game. The 67 partly Scottish-style pot bunkers and the up to 1 200 sq. m large greens arouse every golfer's joy.

On October 4,2025, we were treated to a wonderful day of golf at Pfaffing Golf Club. The autumnal scenery, the well-kept grounds, and even a ray of sunshine made the day truly enjoyable. We were particularly impressed by the lively youth program—around 30 children and young people on the range, full of enthusiasm and energy. A true highlight, demonstrating how much effort is put into developing young talent here.
The golf school also made a very professional impression. As someone who already knows the PGA Master Professional and his wife from the Munich area, I can say: Quality is lived here!
One small disappointment: Despite inquiring by phone on Thursday, we were told that only maintenance work was being carried out. Unfortunately, today all the greens were aerated and completely covered in sand – which made putting significantly more difficult and somewhat spoiled the enjoyment of the game. It's a shame I wasn't properly/professionally informed, as the course itself is otherwise excellently maintained and scenically attractive. I specifically called because I wanted to play on a course where the greens aren't holed.
Conclusion: An all-around enjoyable day of golf with minor setbacks, but a great deal of commitment and a positive atmosphere. We'd be happy to return – and hope for greens that live up to the high standards of the rest of the course next time.

My last visit to the Pfaffing Wasserburger Land Golf Club was a complete success and far exceeded my expectations. From the very first moment, I felt the warm atmosphere – the reception team was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and professional. The kind of service a guest could only wish for.
The course itself was in impressively well-maintained condition. The fairways and greens were in top condition, and the overall course maintenance deserves high praise. The end of my day of golf on the sunny terrace was particularly pleasant – with a view of the greenery and a relaxed atmosphere that invites you to linger.
A special highlight was the ladies' tournament that took place that day. The atmosphere was fantastic. A day where everyone got their money's worth – both athletically and socially.
The Pfaffing Golf Club is a true gem in the region. If you value hospitality, well-maintained courses, and a family-friendly atmosphere, this is the place for you. I'll definitely be back – keep it up!
