Nicely located but with shortcomings

Played on a Sunday afternoon in October. Staff very friendly but starter sends flight partners out before tee time. Then only flights of 2 ( "we prefer to play alone", starter doesn't intervene). Result is that there is a standstill everywhere, incomprehensible and unnecessary. - Course is nice, situated between apple orchards and on mountain cliffs, fairways of medium tension. Tees and greens in poor condition, hence the deductions. So it was a nice 9-hole stroll. - You can do it but definitely not recommended.

Friendly atmosphere, played for the first time, beautifully situated golf course in the middle of apple orchards and very well maintained. In Meran am Wellnessen, the golf course is about 12 minutes from Meran. Flat but not easy, as long par 4s, dog legs, difficult par 3 and a par 5 make the course very exciting.
