Even though the course only has 9 holes, it is absolutely appealing. It is located on a former landfill and should be within 50 kilometers of the highest elevation. The first three holes are still played "down" before it goes on the "mountain". The greens are mostly protected by bunkers and tees, fairways and greens were all in very good condition at the end of August. Sexy is the 3, which is a very long pair 4 with 404 meters (yellow). The 4 goes over the water and is a pair of three, with different tees, you are too short - are you in the water, are you too long - in the bunker. Precision is needed here. Finally, a small highlight. you play directly to the clubhouse and after about 220 meters you are on the top. It is 210 meters to the green, and from the top it is a good 25-30 meters difference in height. Of course there are also some bunkers that do not make the game easier...
The tracks 6,7 and 8 were unfortunately not playable this week because of Fairwayarbeiten. We were given the choice to play 2x6 holes or to play the Par3 course after the 6 holes. The green fee was reduced to 20 € and when we returned there was a beer at the expense of the house. Super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended if you are in the vicinity!
