This golf course is situated in the beautiful landscape of the Berchtesgadener Land in close proximity to the festival town of Salzburg. The terrain of 240 acres has a slightly undulating topography. Beautiful varied course

A very beautiful course awaited us here. The front 9 were in very good condition. The fairways were mown short and the greens were fast. The back 9 were in relatively good condition due to the heavy rain of the last few days. The course offers a lot of variety. The greens are very well defended by bunkers or water hazards.
We received a very friendly welcome in the office. The restaurant is also worth recommending. At the end we had an apple strudel with a birdie shot.
The only thing that is confusing is the sign for the 8th tee. This points towards the forest. So we had to look for a bit to find out where we should go.

Due to catastrophic weather conditions, we were unfortunately only able to play nine holes, but they had a lot to offer: a great panorama with a view of the mountains, inclines, slopes, water hazards. Sometimes you have to think about how to play the hole or allude to the green in a meaningful way. Despite the wet, the open front nine were in very good condition and the greens were still quite fast.
In addition to the place, you definitely have to highlight the gastronomy and the hotel business: perfect service, very friendly and filled staff, best performance, great kitchen, large, well furnished rooms. Holidays are fun here.

We received a very friendly welcome and were allowed to park our WoMi directly on the golf course. The place is beautifully designed. The golfers were all friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the gastro was closed on our day. A star deduction because on the 2nd nine, some lanes are in somewhat unsightly condition due to maggots. The golf club is trying hard to change that. Despite the tedious work, a very nice gentleman drove me back and forth with the cart between 2 holes because I had left a club. For that, I would like to express my sincere thanks again.
