Played on October 4th, 2021. The flat 18-hole course (cart not required) with an additional 9-hole short course is located between Venlo and Eindhoven in absolute tranquility and nature, approx. 11 km from the next motorway exit (A67). At first you think you are on the first two lanes and then again on the 18, due to the tall ingrown trees to the right and left of the fairway, on a parkland course. However, holes 3 to 17 are open and there are multiple doglegs and any amount of water involved. High HC should take a few more balls and use the front tees. Overall, the tracks are varied and offer a number of challenges. Not least because of some bunkers with fine, light sand. In general, the condition was very good. Perfect fairways like carpet, almost entirely without foreign growth or bald spots, super loyal and fast greens. Only a few discounts should be moved more often, as a little worn. The various plantings and heather on the fairway edges or directly in front of the tees are also very nice. During the round there are several opportunities to go to the toilet and tap drinking water. The reception in the beautiful, modern clubhouse was also very friendly. The employee at the counter explained everything very well. The current standard green fee of € 62.50 (weekdays and weekends) is absolutely reasonable. In summer there is also a sundowner and there is also a combination offer in connection with a meal. I had reserved my start time by e-mail one day in advance and, as requested, was confirmed very quickly. At tee 1 there is a screen with the start times of the day. The game was very busy on a sunny afternoon in October. As a single player, I ran up pretty quickly, or the flights behind me on me. Although I teamed up with very nice members twice, there were waiting times and a playing time of almost four hours. Some members start at 10, which doesn't necessarily speed up the flow of the game. The restaurant is strongly recommended by the members (not used). Unfortunately, you only tee off from mats on the driving range. Balls are available from the machine for € 1. I know there is Valderama, Pebble Beach, Falkenstein and Budersand, but I still give the facility 5 stars, because it comes close to a perfect facility with a very good condition and good service.
