This is great course with awesome layout. Very tough, need accurate teeshots. Greens are large with average speed well guarded with bunkers. Very cosy clubhouse with pleasant staff. Green fee is rather higher compare to other courses, reason is location close to German borders.

On our tour through West Bohemia, at the end of April 2022 with the motorhome, over the most beautiful golf courses in the region, the 2nd stop was the Golf Resort Karlovy Vary. It makes a venerable impression from the outside and upon arrival. After all, it is the oldest golf resort in the Czech Republic and one of the oldest in Central Europe.
We were allowed to spend the night with our mobile home in the parking lot next to the technical building and also use an electrical connection on the building free of charge. All employees (at the front desk, in the restaurant and the Kreenkeeper) were without exception very friendly and courteous. The pitch had just suffered a bit due to heavy rain, so we couldn't use a car for the lap, but all in all the grass quality was very good for the early part of the year. The course is extremely interesting and challenging in terms of its layout. Many great spots and large differences in altitude in mountainous terrain offer special highlights and make the game very varied. The price was reasonable and there was also a discount for the wet pitch and the car ban on the day. The game was a lot of fun and the facility is definitely worth a visit, as is the visit to the excellent club restaurant.
