The course is characterised by prehistoric burial mounds and c. 36,000 sq yds of water features. What is more, the 3rd and 4th hole offer a terrific view across the Braderup Heath on the tidal flats and as far as to the Morsum Cliff.

We played the Sunset Rate at the beginning of June, which is an absolutely fair price for a round of golf. The course (fairways, bunkers, greens) was in very good condition. Unfortunately, we got lost after the 4th hole and ended up on the 12th, so pay attention and keep an eye on the signs. The course isn't the easiest in windy conditions.
First-class pro shop, good range.
Overall, a lovely evening with lots of fun. Would gladly do it again.

We played our first round here at the end of October after the renovation and I have to say... it was worth it. All the greens are new and have become a bit more undulating and larger. The course has changed in some places and some bunkers have been strategically added.

At the beginning of May 24, I was able to convince my daughter and son-in-law to play a golf course on Sylt for the first time. I had played there with friends many times over the past 20 years.
It's a shame that the behavior of the "starter" meant that this was the first and last time that the two of them played golf on this course, and unfortunately also for me with friends.
After we had each paid 70 euros for the current construction site (only 13 holes could be played + one hole with winter green), my daughter was called back to the counter before the start with the comment: next time please wear a shirt with a COLLAR, "we are a golf course". Unfortunately, this is currently not a golf course but a construction site.
It's good that the two golfers were at least wearing expensive golf shoes (polished) and golf trousers. Unfortunately, they were only wearing sweaters - without collars. Those responsible for the course should stick with this attitude. Then the collar wearers will stay among themselves on this course in the future...
