Founded in 1896 on England's famous Golf Coast, Formby Ladies Golf Club is unique as the UK's only independent golf club for women. While it warmly welcomes visitors of all genders, the club maintains a distinct character. The course is a stunning blend of links and heathland, set within a protected nature reserve featuring sand dunes, pine trees, and heather. Despite its shorter length, the tight fairways demand precision over power. The site is a haven for wildlife, including red squirrels, and the clubhouse is renowned for its hospitality and homemade cakes.
