Characteristics
The course is set up in an undulating landscape typical of eastern Schleswig-Holstein directly at and above the Flensburg Fjord and provides a far view across the sea to Denmark. Partly populated by old trees, the slightly sloped fairways feature charming hazards such as hedgerows, biotopes, ponds, and a stream crossing through. The careful arrangement of bunkers as well as the changing winds typical for this region calls for a strategic and precise game.

The Highlight

Glücksburg is one of the best golf courses in northern Germany. Each fairway has a distinct character, so each offers a new challenge. Four fairways are bordered by the Baltic Sea overlooking a bay and in the distance the Danish coast.
If greenkeeping is an art, at Glücksburg you see the work of a master. Greens are perfect and fairways well trimmed.
In summary it was a joy to play the course!

Played 2.6.25 Course is in great shape, super fast greens, no two holes are the same, and of course there is wind too!
Nice staff, and club members you shouldn't miss if you're in the area!!!
