A very varied golf course with a friendly, professional reception and excellent maintenance in September 2024. If you don't like links golf, you're in good hands here. The greens are impeccable, some are very undulating and true to the course. The price is reasonable for what is on offer. A cart is not necessary for the average sporty golfer who is not lazy.

We played the golf course at the beginning of June 2024 and were absolutely thrilled in every respect. I feel very sorry for the previous reviewer as he was really unlucky. The golf course is a true sea of flowers - you can enjoy beautiful plants everywhere. The fairways are not only a visual delight, but also a challenge to play. The course maintenance was wonderful and the greens were in top condition. We would love to come back - to the European Augusta!

Druids Glen Golf Club was supposed to be the highlight of our five-day golf trip in Ireland. The green fee ended up being €210 per person.
We had booked the space weeks in advance. Unfortunately, we were not informed about the work that was taking place.
Then came the sobering realization: At the same time as the first tee-off, heavy machinery and tractors with trailers drove onto the fairways of the course and deposited a layer of sand several centimeters thick on the grass. No consideration was given to the guests playing. The vehicles drove around between the golfers without waiting. This noise and the resulting dust took away our enjoyment of playing golf.
When we complained about the situation in the clubhouse, we were put off by the club manager and in the end our request was rejected with flimsy arguments.
It's a real shame, we were looking forward to the otherwise very nice place, but the management bitterly disappointed us.
