Established in 1933, the club spans 320 acres of rolling heathland and offers two distinct playing experiences. The Championship Dufferin Course, designed by Baron von Limburger with Peter Alliss, is renowned for its gorse-lined fairways and sweeping views over Belfast Lough towards Scotland. In contrast, the Ava Course offers a more sheltered but technically demanding test, winding through established timber and rock features; its signature "Tower Gap" par-5 is widely celebrated. The modern clubhouse serves as a sophisticated vantage point, offering panoramic views across the estate.
