When we paid, there were still four of us in the flight, but when we teed off there were suddenly only two of us. The starter assigned us a member, but he left after 9 holes to play the first 9 again with the following flight of 3, because apparently there was less waiting there.
We actually waited at every hole, sometimes 4 flights on a par 4. Greens are sometimes soft and full of pitch marks that are not repaired. There are definitely better courses.

The place benefits from the successful past. There are now some new courses in Spain that have much more to offer visually and playfully (e.g. Vistabella, Valle del Este...) Don't expect too much or you will be disappointed. Only the oversized bunkers leave an impression! Although we could not see why the place could get a top 2. Spain it was a nice day of golf.

A few nice views, tee boxes ok, fairways ok, greens with a few room for improvement but it's winter. Easily accessible from campsites.
