Characteristics
Founded in 1891, Bristol & Clifton Golf Club is situated in Failand, just a few miles from the famous Suspension Bridge. This mature, undulating parkland course (Par 70) is renowned for its championship quality, regularly hosting events like the Carris Trophy. The course is noted for its fast greens in summer and excellent natural drainage during winter. The clubhouse, originally built in 1899, combines a historic exterior with a fully refurbished modern interior. Extensive practice facilities include the Paul Mitchell Golf Academy with an indoor studio, a covered driving range, and a bespoke short game area designed by Peter McEvoy.
