I’m a scratch player and I come here with my wifi. She’s a 14 hcp. My honest review of this course can boiled down to ” to long, and much to narrow ”
You are playing Holes that are 440 meters from yellow tee (par 4)?? I normally hit 240-260 m off the tee, but event so, it was still very diffucult. Spoke with one of my friends whos Been playing on the european tour. He Said that he was wondering how faldo (that favored precission, could put his name behind this course) Its simply not a course for the average golfer, more likely for the tourplayers. So sorry to say, but extremely long, to many bunkers, and Every hole is eleveted one way or the other.

We played the course again after years and it is still great. The only thing you shouldn't do without a buggy is that there are sometimes extremely long and steep paths between the tracks. On January 20th with a buggy for 2 people for 158, - where can you find that in the region. Some tea boxes could have been better. Greens were very stable.

Too cool: that's the golf course. A beautiful beast, currently in perfect condition, challenging, varied, strategic, overflowing with well-placed bunkers, and therefore mercilessly punishing bad shots or decisions.

Marshals tend not to be able to solve the problem; most golfers really make an effort to play the course quickly. It just doesn't work.
If anything would help, it would be real handicap controls (unpopular), a starter that sends every golfer to a suitable tee color (also unpopular if the testosterone-bursting mid-thirties should then try from blue), or: accept that it can take a long time and still enjoy it as much as possible.
