Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile.
Purtroppo, dopo la pandemia, massaggi e trattamenti cosmetici non vengono più offerti.
Il cibo nel ristorante era ok, la presentazione meno.

Ti ringraziamo per la bella raccomandazione. Abbiamo potuto goderci il nostro soggiorno, il fascino dell'intero hotel e soprattutto delle camere nell'edificio principale è stato meraviglioso. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato i due campi da golf suggeriti. Vorremmo venire di nuovo.

Villa Mathilde è un posto davvero speciale e ha conservato gran parte del suo antico splendore settecentesco senza perdere il suo fascino. Il personale era molto attento alle nostre esigenze e il servizio era sempre con un sorriso. Una sera abbiamo cenato al ristorante e il cibo era molto buono e posso consigliare i vini locali perché offrono un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. La colazione invece era un po' limitata nella scelta del cibo e c'è un supplemento per i piatti a base di uova.
Ci sono molti buoni ristoranti a 15 minuti di auto nei dintorni di Ivrea e il personale dell'hotel è molto attento alle esigenze degli ospiti di provare qualcosa di diverso e senza chiedere fornisce un elenco di quei ristoranti locali ed effettua prontamente le prenotazioni. Ho pensato che questo fosse un ottimo punto. Per una cena davvero straordinaria in un ambiente originale, provate l'Agriturismus le Mulin - un vecchio mulino ad acqua riconvertito dove i prodotti dell'azienda agricola del proprietario appaiono trasformati sulla tavola - a soli 15 minuti di auto da Villa Mathilde; 4 portate 50€ per due con vino e grappa! Valore imbattibile.
Ci sono molte terrazze esterne e coperte intorno alla Villa e c'è una grande piscina che ha un'atmosfera più municipale che di un resort.
La nostra camera era molto spaziosa con un soffitto alto e un ampio bagno: il pannello della doccia sulla vasca non era in ottime condizioni e i servizi igienici avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovati.
Per il golf: abbiamo giocato al campo Robert Trent Jones a I Roveri - un campo davvero impegnativo - aspettatevi di essere puniti per essere usciti dal fairway - il duro ingoia le palline e con una pesante rugiada al mattino hai lasciato cadere un colpo. La club house e le strutture sono di prima classe. Abbiamo anche giocato a Biella La Betulle che è un bellissimo campo in un parco ed era più adatto al nostro livello di gioco: lo consiglio vivamente.

How do I book my trip online?
After you have received an offer, which you like, please click on the orange button "Book now". Then fill out the short questionnaire (regarding information about travellers and tee times) and send the form. After receiving your booking, we will verify the availability of the hotel. The invoice can be paid online by credit card or by bank transfer. In the our email with your invoice you will find the link to the online payment system as well as the invoice in PDF format with our bank details.
By when do I have to pay for my trip and how much is the deposit?
The deposit is 20 percent and is due immediately. The balance is due four weeks prior departure.
How can I redeem my discount code?
You can enter the discount code from the Albrecht Golf Guide in the booking form. Alternatively, please send us your discount code by email to travel@albrecht.de, after the booking has been confirmed.
Can I cancel or rebook my trip?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Up to 35 days before departure of your trip cancellation is free of charge for you, unless there are other cancellation conditions listed on your offer and invoice. We have a few hotels that do not offer free cancellation when using an early bird discount. However, more over 90 percent of our partner hotels allow free cancellation up to 35 days before arrival. After that, staggered cancellation fees apply.
