The accessibility of the staff in Munich was not always perfect during the preparation stage, and we would have appreciated a bit more advice in advance about the situation on site, such as whether it is better to book half or full board, etc. Information about the airport transfer could also have been provided in advance; this would have saved us from waiting around aimlessly in the arrivals hall. The holiday itself, however, made up for everything.
