Communication via email is good. The range of offers could be larger. Pricing on request is annoying... I don't want to have to send you countless inquiries.

Criticism: The fact that the offers on the website are not final and still need to be coordinated with the hotel you are booking is bothersome. More hotels with golf packages would be highly desirable; perhaps also vacation homes with adjacent golf courses, would be a great expansion of your offerings.

We had very good experiences with the Albrecht Travel Agency. Unfortunately, the tee times at the golf courses over the weekend were not acceptable as we always had to play after a tournament. On the last day, the travel agency was able to secure a tee time well before the tournament, which we were very pleased about. It would be good if the travel agency could inform the customers about tee times following a tournament, allowing them to confidently opt out.

We unfortunately couldn't reschedule our Thursday teetime - but ok - we just had to start very early for the journey.

Everything was perfect.

The booking process was excellent. Feedback on changes to flight times was missing, just like information about the aeration of the greens on the booked days (Ile aux Cerfs). Nonetheless, I would recommend it any time!
