Characteristics
Founded in 1889, The Wilmslow Golf Club is one of Cheshire's oldest and finest golfing venues. Designed by the legendary James Braid, this 18-hole championship parkland course is set within the serene countryside. A defining feature is the winding Mobberley Brook, which comes into play on several holes, adding both beauty and a technical challenge, particularly on the par 3s. Steeped in history, the club has hosted European Tour events and served as a Regional Qualifying course for The Open. Excellent practice facilities and a welcoming clubhouse complete the offering.

One of the best golf courses ive played. Greens were perfect and the clubhouse was beautiful. Do call first because it does tend to get rather busy!!!
