Characteristics
Located within a renowned sports institute area, Vierumäki Golf offers two distinct 18-hole championship experiences. The Cooke Course, designed by Graham Cooke, is known for its modern layout featuring wide fairways contrasted by visually striking gravel "waste areas" and large, undulating greens that demand strategic approach shots. Conversely, the Classic Course takes players on a journey through a traditional Finnish pine forest. Built on sandy soil which ensures excellent conditioning and a long season, it requires precision navigation through the trees rather than raw power. The facility also features a 9-hole Par-3 course and the inviting Golf Paviljonki clubhouse, making it a comprehensive destination for golfers seeking variety in a natural setting.
