Beautiful long golf course

We had the pleasure of playing this beautiful course in Karlsburg at the end of August. It's quite expensive by Romanian standards, and there are no discounts available. However, the €90 green fee is definitely worth it. The course plays very long, and the greens are large and quite undulating. We had wonderful conditions, and the course was in excellent condition for the end of August. Registration isn't necessary as it's very quiet. DR includes your trolley for €10, which is a bit cheeky. All in all, we really enjoyed it!

We were almost alone in the place, which was well maintained.

We have hosted 18 golf tournaments this season, 88 players / event and the most remarkable one was Theodora Pro Am 1st edition, which we will strive to make it a tradition and icon of the club. As you know, our 18 holes golf course features the longest par in Europe a par 6 of 735 m, a real challenge for the players and an attraction for foreign visitors. We were happy this season to host small golfer groups from Germany, USA, all Europe, which combined the trip to our golf club with city tours in Alba Iulia, Sibiu & Cluj (the region is famous for gastronomy, wineries, citadels).
