Founded in 1892, Taunton & Pickeridge Golf Club is situated in the glorious Somerset countryside at Corfe, just a short drive from Taunton. Set amidst the Blackdown Hills, the course offers spectacular panoramic views stretching across the Somerset Levels to Glastonbury Tor. The 18-hole layout is distinctively undulating, owing part of its character to historic lime mining activities that created unique, almost links-like fairways in certain sections. While not exclusively long, the course demands strategic placement over power to navigate the famous "Pickeridge Bounce." The welcoming clubhouse, complete with a terrace overlooking the course, provides the perfect setting to enjoy local cuisine after a challenging round.

Wide fairways, varied fairways, some with very rolling fairways. The greens are of English standard. Worthy of note are the last two holes, which are quite slanted (in a double sense).
