Characteristics
Surrounded by old and numerous new trees, the course is situated on a slightly undulating terrain and features a diverse, spacious, and wide design of holes.
Well-placed bunkers, artificial lakes, uphill slopes, and some elevated greens as well as plantations set up directly on the fairways do not only call on the longhitters. During the reconstruction, only 9 of the original 18 holes are available.

It is quite impressive what has become of this place since the rebuilding 10 years ago. Even if the greens were not perfect last Sunday (presumably fungal infestation, which had not quite grown out yet), then the rest was in perfect condition. Great experience!

I played Twilight on a Tuesday night in May (green fee 40 €, absolutely fair). The place for the early season already in a very good condition, greens still a bit slow, but very loyal. Reception very, very friendly. Birdie Book was free, as well as some teas. All the players in the square greeted very friendly and gave some hints where the ball was. Altogether very recommendable, also because it is an old championship course!

I played the course in September in dream weather. It was freezing cold!
The welcome is super friendly, personal, not intrusive.
The layout of the course is wide, barely white posts, large greens, hilly - as done for me. Wonderful tees, sometimes from real pulpits into the landscape. The fairways are super maintained, the greens fast.
Changing rooms, showers - at its finest!
I felt very well.
Gastro and Pro Shop were unfortunately closed.
I received my obligatory logo ball within 2 days Solitude? Worth a trip!
