Established in 1924, the course was significantly shaped by Colonel Stafford Vere Hotchkin, the architect behind Woodhall Spa. Renowned for its exceptional drainage and "links-like" turf, the layout ensures high-quality playability throughout the year. The winding Cringle Brook features prominently, weaving through mature trees and rolling slopes to guard several greens. A visual highlight is the signature 17th hole, a Par 3 played against the backdrop of the magnificent Stoke Rochford Hall.
