Characteristics
The unique location of the golf course is characterised by the natural beauty of the landscape at the foothills of the Alps. The course offers numerous views of the Wetterstein-Massiv and the Karwendel-Massiv. The course's topography is slightly undulating and features forests, meadows, and moorland. The beautiful population of old trees was supplemented with plant arrangements, and ponds and wet biotopes add to the charm of the course.

Golf course with panoramic views

We played a summer green fee – 9 hole round at the end of July 2026.
We received a friendly welcome and the formalities were handled quickly and professionally.
The panoramic view of the mountains from the first tee: Simply breathtaking!
The course is situated in a completely quiet location. The fairways are wide enough to allow for a smooth game, and the greens are large and fast.
Due to the dry summer weather, the fairways were dry and in some places cracked open like clods of earth. However, the greenkeepers were actively working on maintaining the course.
The large terrace is a great place to relax after a round of golf. Asian cuisine is certainly unusual for a traditional golf club, but it was very tasty.
We'd love to play another round sometime.

About the course: The course was not flat, many tee shots from above 1/10, for example, very well-maintained large bunkers and greens, wide fairways, exciting holes and sometimes mountain views of the Benediktenwand and Zugspitze. Only in the middle section is it a bit duller. The 2.9 is often in the forest, a lot of maintenance work was being carried out and the tees appear to have been renewed. Somehow some distances did not match the good signage. I overshot the target once. Hole 18 then goes up again at the end, with 2 strokes driver/iron 6 in the front green as a par 5? You have to get used to the new tee signage. I took tee number 59. I read that for men iron 7 145 m carry. I could hardly remember that.
We would come more often, it's a great place!, if it weren't for the 40 minute daily traffic jam on the Mittlerer Ring up to the Garmisch motorway.
