Excellent course

We loved playing this course. Some holes quite challenging but other holes manageable. So whatever your game there is something for everyone. Very well maintained course. Staff very helpful and a well stocked shop. Very good quality shirts that are extremely quick drying, a must for golfers. Some of the views are just wonderful, would recommend taking a camera to capture them. I look back on our holiday shots and can’t wait to get back there.

A Challenging Course in Need of Maintenance

To be fair this area had received a lot of rain over the weeks prior to our playing here. Nevertheless, there was no sign of course maintenance being carried out during the 5 hours we played here. The bunkers were in terrible shape and so were the tees. The cart tracks were even worse but the carts were awful anyway. The fairways were okay and the greens very soft but played well. It is a challenging course and you need to be straight with your drives. It is a reasonably short course with a number of Par 3's but most of them are 150+ metres. What is frustrating is yet another golf course which charges high green fees but is clearly not putting that money back into improving or indeed maintaining the course

Weekend Golf Break

I played 3 years ago and was disappointed, i returned for a weekend and found that the course and all facilities had received a lot of attention, the course was in good condition, new bunkers being installed and a lot of work on the tees, the course is very demanding for a short course and as a 5 handicap i found it a very good test of golf, the use of a buggy is available and on the second day we took advantage, it made for a excellent relaxing round. certainly by a long way the best course we played in the region and much improved.
