Just like the other course at world golf village slammer & swuire does not disappoint great bunkers & mounding greens where great all around great time clubhouse & staff very friendly neat with the World Golf Hall of Fame in view!

Gene Sarazen (1902-1999) was the first golfer to win all major tournaments - career Grand Slam - a total of seven victories - alongside Ben Hogan, Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player and Tiger Woods.
At the Masters in Augusta in 1932 he played an albatross on hole 15, a par 5, and ultimately won the tournament!!!
He is also responsible for the current form of sand wedges, designed it with Wilson in 1930 and called it sand iron. He used this weapon successfully for the first time at the Open Championship in 1932 - winning the tournament - after that the sand game was never the same!!!
Sam Snead (1912-2002) the golfer with the smoothest but most powerful swing of all time - hence the name Slammin Slammy - with 320 yards, amazing with this material and the ground conditions at the time.
He has played 42 holes in one in his career!!!
Until Tiger Woods' appearance, he was the player with the most wins on the PGA Tour - 82 - now they have the same number.
