A real surprise Links Course and great value

This Course was selected for the Irish PGA Championships in 2010 and 2011 and has been chosen to host the Irish Close Championships in 2014. Previous Winners include Rory Mc Ilroy, Graham Mc Dowell, Darren Clarke, Padraig Harrington, Shane Lowry and Paul Mc Ginley and so it came as no surprise when very impressed with this Links right on the Sea beside Baltray.
Closing Holes are magic and you can see them all in a FLYOVER VIDEO on the Seapoint App which is free in App Store. Great value and a fantastic Restaurant with Award winning Chef who joined the Team in June 2013.

The course is right next to the County Louth. The different history makes the difference of 100 € for a round. Seapoint has the first 9 holes not directly at the sea. This is why the left-wing feeling is not quite right. On the second nine is left-handed pure golf. Natural, but still fair and playable. In strong winds the score goes into the basement.
The greens were hard and fast - just typical links.
The people in the Proshop and the restaurant were very friendly.
The place I can really recommend.
