This is a strategic 'thinker’s course' where precision is often more valuable than power. The standout 5th hole offers breathtaking views of the Jacobean mansion, while the unique finishing hole is a par 3 played over a valley right in front of the clubhouse. With one of the county's best short-game areas and a terrace overlooking the 18th green, the club combines history with excellent facilities.

The course is well maintained in April, very fast greens. Some blind haircuts are a challenge in the first round. Signature hole is the 5 with a highly elevated tee and looking at Audley House (also a hint though not cheap). Call the pro shop and you get a TT also well booked holidays (Easter).
