Known as a 'woodland gem' on the outskirts of Southampton, Romsey Golf Club offers a distinctive golfing experience next to the historic Broadlands Estate. Although the course measures less than 6,000 yards, this Par 69 layout creates a rigorous test of accuracy rather than distance. Established at its current site in 1924, the course features tight, tree-lined fairways, raised greens, and deep bunkers set across undulating terrain. The front nine is famous for its own version of 'Amen Corner,' with the signature 6th hole winding picturesquely down a valley. Rich in history, with past ties to Earl Mountbatten, the club combines a technical sporting challenge with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent catering facilities.
