Good and bad

There are TWO 18 holes courses: the ROCK and the BOLDER.
I would rate the courses at 4.5 stars but with the following severe shortcomings, more than a 3 is not possible:
The two courses are in parts overlapping and it's often very hard to find the right way. course- "switching" happens regular and is a nuisance. there is NO course description / NO layout-picutures, so for first timers it's difficult to play, because of many blind shots. long walks in between t-boxes and greens. the mini-bar-car sells ONLY chips and candy bars. sorry!?! lot's of room for improvement.
Parts of both courses are influenced from the steady noise of the interstate nearby.

it's a parkland setup, on modest hilly grounds; mostly wide open with some scattered trees. some water, well placed bunkers. the courses were in very good condition (october) and at a green fee of around 25$ (weekdays/walking) very decent priced.

ROCK: the first nine are pretty easy to play, good for a warm up. the 2nd nine are simply spectacular. the last 4 holes are just the best you can imagine to finalize a day of golf. absolutely great!

BOLDER:
The 1st 9 holes of the BOULDER are very difficult to play and really challenging. 2nd 9 are also nice, but a more easy going. long walks in between. the BOULDER course ends only after 18 holes at the club house.
