Beautifully located complex at a fair price

We played the Champion's Course for the first time today. The reception was not manned at first, but you can easily book the green fee for at least 9 holes at the machine. After lunch in the adjoining Italian restaurant with a beautiful terrace, someone was there and we even got a special price for the first time. Very pleasant.
The driving range is a bit more rustic, like many things here. But you should always see that in the context of the price. 2x9 holes for regular Euro 35 on a demanding course are more than fair. Unfortunately, there is still a lot of room for improvement in the maintenance condition (for which I deducted 1 point). The bunkers were all in poor condition, many marked in blue were unplayable. Here a little more sand and appropriate rakes and that would all be much nicer. The tees are also consistently in a bad condition, but that doesn't have that much influence when you open up the tea. The fairways are in order and the greens are in good to very good condition (with drawbacks on hole 9). So there is still room for improvement here. The tracks are laid out in an interesting way and challenged us with a low / medium handicap. I can recommend the course for a varied and beautiful round.
