I was a member of Poulton le Fylde Golf Club years ago, the bar manager gave me a sob story about he and his girl friend had nowhere to stay, as I was going away to work I agreed he could have access to my house, he repaid my generosity by not paying any utility bills and stealing 300 pounds worth of spirits from my house, I would be wary of any club that would hire a man of this calibre.

I am sorry to hear your story as it indeed sounds you had an awful experience.
I have owned and ran the golf club since 2005 and I can say with 100% certanty that I have never employed the person you have named. Prior to buying the business I worked here as the Golf Pro from 2002, and once again the person you named did not work at the club
It seems unfair indeed to give us negative feedback relating to a member of staff dating back upwards of 20 years.
