Top place in the middle of nowhere

Large resort project that will probably take years to complete if it doesn't go bankrupt before then. Only when there is an airport on the doorstep will there be more activity. At the moment it's pretty dead and an empty unfinished art resort in the middle of nowhere.
Anyway, we played the garden course. The course is overall in good condition but flat and somehow boring after a few holes. This may be due to the lack of shady tree cover, which will probably take years to grow tall.
Sporty for all HCP classes to master straight away.
Clubhouse is also planned for larger events. But also a little botched construction here and there.
Caddies ok.
At the turn of the year 2023/24 we had played 6 golf courses in Vietnam. This one was good but not spectacular.

Probably in anticipation of the completion of the regional airport, a huge hotel and entertainment city was and is being built here with NovaWorld. The two golf courses are already finished. Clubhouse and everything around it milled from the solid.
The Ocean and Garden courses are currently open alternately on weekdays and both at weekends.
The Ocean Course is a top course that can compete internationally. Very long, resort character, links style. no shadow Very fast greens.
The even younger Garden Course is similar, a bit shorter and has a lot of bunkers. A nice river runs through the fairway at some holes. At the Garden Course, you are not at the clubhouse after 9 holes.
If you play from the right tees, you will hardly lose balls at either course. You can pull the driver on practically every hole.
While all the golf courses in Da Nang were fully booked, we almost had the place to ourselves here.
Unlike in Thailand, you drive the cart yourself and the caddies stand on the back.
We had two great caddies.
