Characteristics
Both courses, Vale da Pinta and Quinta do Gramacho are situated in the vicinity of Carvoeiro in a very scenic location. Vale da Pinta is a championship-course, which despite of the high standard can be enjoyed by players of different strengths. The Gramacho Course is with its 27 greens unique on the European continent and one of the few in the whole world with 18 teens, 27 greend and only 18 fairways.

Thought the Gramacho course was very challenging which made it even better thanit looked stunning views very well kept for the beginning of January, all helped by a teriffic hole in one on the Tenth hole, 147 yards stepped up 7 iron in hand played to slight slope at right of green which run onto the green and fell in the hole amazing.

Played on October 3rd. Good organization by the team.
GF of 145 euros very generous, thanks to Golfamore Card for half price.
Plus 50 euros for the cart. The courses are rather short, but quite tricky.
Condition after the hot summer quite ok, greens OK The game is often played through urban canyons, which we don't like very much.
Flights of four start every 9 minutes, but this goes quite quickly.

Played both courses several times in early April 2024. Due to the moisture in the spring, both were in excellent condition.
Both are short, but tricky to play. The friendliness and flexibility of the front office when it comes to rebooking and the service staff in general are particularly noteworthy. It was ideal for a relaxed start to the golf season.
