Played the course 4 days ago. The course was not in the expected condition. Game delays. Slow game. No marshal on the course. The biggest thing after the game was the shower. No bath towels in the showers. No shower gel in the dispensers. 3 out of 3 showers broken 17 o'clock

This place is determined with regard to the length (yellow 5,178 m.; white 5,432 m.) and the cf. low rating quickly underestimated. The gentle hills always bring inclines. In addition, the doglegs require precise shots, otherwise the path to the green will be blocked by trees. After all, most greens are elevated, making it difficult to choose your clubs. In short - without knowledge of the space it won't be as easy as expected.
We found the place in a very good condition in mid-November 2023. On hot days, the many trees here offer pleasant shade. Although the space was well used, there was no rush.
The staff was very friendly - overall, everything including the clubhouse seemed pleasantly down-to-earth. With the Golfamore card also good value for money.
There are drawbacks for the practice area. DR with completely worn out balls (45 balls for EUR 6). Chipping green on the edge of the DR is not very helpful. Only the putting green in front of the clubhouse was standard, although not particularly large.
We can certainly recommend a visit.

The place is obviously getting a bit old. The clubhouse seems a bit old-fashioned. The area around the square as well. There are older houses and apartments on the edge of the fairway that no longer meet today's standards. There are also a few broken huts where you wonder where you ended up here. The entire square is surrounded by fences. Behind these fences, people sometimes come up to you and want to sell you balls.
You can play. But it is the second worst place in the region between Carvoeiro and Sagres (the worst - at least at the moment - is without a doubt Penina).
