Characteristics
Located on the shores of Lake Oulujärvi, Paltamo Golf offers a stunning experience amidst the Finnish wilderness. Designed by Ronald Fream, this 18-hole championship course harmoniously incorporates natural contours, rocky outcrops, and scenic water hazards into its layout. A unique highlight is the Midnight Sun, allowing golfers to play 24 hours a day during mid-summer. The course provides both beauty and challenge for all skill levels. The facility features a welcoming clubhouse with a restaurant and sauna, as well as a marina for those arriving by boat, creating a complete Nordic retreat.
