Good links course. Difficult for first-timers as there are some blind holes and greens as well as drops and climbs. Inquire with the secretary about the course layout before teeing off. Wind and weather will definitely have an influence on the score. We played in typical British weather - strong winds and horizontal rain, resulting in a corresponding score. Would love to play it again in fairer conditions.

At Mullion Golf Club, you usually reserve a tee time in advance via the Internet... and then pay immediately by credit card. There it says in the small print that you can only cancel the start time with a lead time of one week.
I was there for 14 days and often played because the place is so beautiful. For various reasons I had to postpone a start time several times. I politely asked the secretariat if that was possible. Was told very politely that it was not a problem. However, I always had to report to the club manager's obscure office. Very friendly there too: of course. So I changed my start times, my wife didn't feel like it from time to time.
Only I was never refunded any green fee, which I only got. noticed at home. None of my emails were answered. The money is gone!
This should not change anything about the good rating of the place. You have to be careful.

In the summer of 2022, I had several opportunities to play the course for 2 weeks. I love it! Because of the wind, every day was an experience and I don't need to describe the view. The course just received a maintenance award and I can attest to that, even after such a hot summer. I was surprised at how smooth you walk. It also follows that my balls rolled less than expected.
Every single hole was a pleasure, the greens an experience. From the six it goes down to the beach, with the twelve you come up again. These holes are spectacular and physically demanding. As a pensioner (handicap just over -20) I was still able to carry my bag for 18 holes.
There is no real driving range! There is a corner where you can pitch and hit some long balls which I think you have to collect yourself (I may be wrong here; there may even be range balls but I don't know where!). Incidentally, this corner is located between several tees and greens. There is play everywhere. There is a small putting green next to the first tee. The first tee poses a threat to the clubhouse patio. You then cross the eighteen and the two, but you get used to that.
The restaurant is okay, but only has a small menu. Nice changing rooms. The pro shop is well equipped.
