Characteristics
The golf course of Montado is situated nearr Setúbal between famous Muskatel vineyards, which have been planted more than a century ago. The fiarways take course alongside old cork oaks, oil trees, chestnut trees and pine trees. A small creek also snakes over the course. The pictoresque beauty is hole 13, par 4, which opens a dreamlike view on the castle of Pamela.

We were only there for 1 lap on the way back to Lisbon (June 2012). The place is beautiful and not to place undue difficulty if you play reasonably straight. The real challenge here are the Gruen, but are loyal super fast. The course is recommended. But can be very hot in summer. We played at 42 °!
