Far more than a standard practice facility, it features the Greensole Course, a nine-hole layout built on free-draining sandy soil that ensures year-round playability. With six par-4s and three par-3s, the course includes strategic water hazards that challenge experienced players while remaining welcoming to beginners. The centre boasts a floodlit driving range equipped with Toptracer technology and a large custom-fitting studio. A standout feature is The Tenth Café & Bar, a contemporary structure built from recycled shipping containers with a rooftop terrace offering views over Pegwell Bay.
