Characteristics
Established in 1905, Lisburn Golf Club relocated to its current home at Blaris Lodge in 1973 to preserve its tranquil atmosphere. Designed by the renowned architect Fred Hawtree, the 18-hole championship course retains its original character with a layout featuring two distinct loops of nine holes that both return to the clubhouse. The parkland setting is defined by majestic lime trees preserved from the historic landscape, complemented by decorative shrubs and stone-faced tees. Situated conveniently near the M1 and A1, the Par 72 course offers a balanced test with four Par 5s and four Par 3s, supported by a teaching centre and welcoming clubhouse facilities.
